Your mission
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you are part of the Product & Development team.  Your mission is to build well functioning frontend software and websites that directly contributes to the 
P1 Travel's mission: to become the biggest! To make this a success you coach the team and know how to motivate everyone to go for the highest achievable quality!

Your responsibilities

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will take ownership of the overall technical architecture and design of our projects. This includes:

• Structuring and maintaining a scalable, modular codebase to ensure long-term sustainability and ease of development.
• Proactively identifying and implementing robust architectural solutions to address complex technical challenges.
• Guiding the team in creating maintainable code while ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Leading discussions around architecture and technical decisions to ensure project success.
• Mentoring and coaching team members to grow their technical and architectural skills.
• Driving innovation by staying updated with industry trends and recommending new tools or methodologies to improve our workflows.

We want you in our team if:

• You have 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 4 years working extensively with React and TypeScript.
• You have a strong track record of designing and implementing scalable frontend architectures for large, complex applications.
• You are skilled in using associated tools such as Webpack, Docker, ESLint, Git, NPM, and Hooks.
• You value clean, maintainable, and well-structured code and have a deep understanding of design patterns and best practices.
• You enjoy leading discussions about project structure, coding standards, and new technology adoption.
• You are eager to coach and inspire your peers, fostering a culture of technical excellence within the team.
• Agile is second nature to you.
• You actively follow the latest frontend trends and incorporate them thoughtfully into your work.
