Are you a sports fan, enthusiastic and customer-oriented? Do you want to work in a sportive environment consisting of ambitious individuals? And do you also value having fun? Then P1 Travel is the right place for you. We have an internship available within the customer team starting January 2025.

P1 Travel is the largest ticketing company of Europe and collaborates with the biggest clubs, stadiums, and tournaments worldwide. Think of clubs like Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, FC Barcelona and West Ham United, as well as the Olympics and almost all F1 circuits. We bring corporate and individual customers via our platforms to the event of their dreams, and you can be a part of it as an intern! If you have a passion for sports, then this internship will be your greatest hobby!
What will you do?
Our domain is currently available in five languages (English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish). With the international team - under the guidance of Bart and Bregje - we make daily efforts to help our customers in the best possible way.
Regarding our activities you can think of the following:
- Customer service: we provide comprehensive support to our customers in all five languages, whether it's inquiries about products, orders, or general information. We can be reached through various channels, including phone, email, live chat and our WhatsApp service.
- Sales: you will fully participate in the sales process, from inquiry to after sales. You will be working with our omnichannel service system (ROBINHQ), where our communication channels come together.
- Customer satisfaction: we strive for the best customer satisfaction in every way possible. This means your focus will also be on monitoring our review scores and you will be involved in projects to introduce artificial intelligence into our services.
- Logistics: we work closely with the logistic department to ensure that orders are processed and delivered quickly and efficiently.
- Market analysis & development: we monitor market trends and competition in each country where we operate to continually improve and adapt our strategies to meet the needs of our customers.
In addition to participating in the above activities, we would like to discuss a meaningful assignment with you that helps both P1 and you in your development.

Your profile
- You are a student majoring in Communication, Commercial Economics, (Sports) Marketing, or Tourism and seeking an internship starting in January 2025 until June 2025 ;
- You're customer-oriented and eager to discover how to cultivate satisfied clients;
- As the first point of contact for potential customers, you need to be communicatively skilled, both orally and in writing. Proficiency in a the English language is a must. It would be a great addition if you speak an additional language such as German, Spanish or French.
- You are not easily flustered. You learn to deal with challenging issues better every day and always remain positive;
